Lawsuits, possibly. But show me, in any order and award, where POSSIBLE independent pre-merged future contract gains have been a component in integrating seniority lists.
And it's 3 arbitrators, not one and 2 neutrals that have to come to a decision meaning things are probably going to be middle of the road and adhere to Policy. Probably won't see much that hasn't already been seen in previous awards except the inclusion of Longevity in no particular weight or order.
