What pay I choose to work for is my business, not yours. You remind me of a friend who is a school teacher, has a masters degree, unlike many pilots. He constantly complains about teachers salaries. I want to ask him, why did you become a teacher, you knew going in what they made? I hate to break it to some of you, but the days of the $350,000 per year captains pay with $1,000,000.00 retirement packages are gone. Hate to be the one to break it to you. You better like what you are doing, because all the finger pointing and excuse making in the world won't change that.
