As you are coming from a place with real training you will be amazed at how poor the training is. Nothing against the instructors, they do a good job with crappy facilities, poor manuals and very little tools to do the job. They are really stuck in a turboprop checking mentality instead of training environment. The training isn't difficult but there are some lifer tools who really have no business in the checking department
Please tell me you aren't advocating peoplevto double dip and collect unemployment while in training? If so that's pathetic and is what's wrong with people in this country.
