DTW goes junior, but like the guy above said, you will be able to hold MSP pretty quickly (1 or 2 months, if not immediately). 25 more new hires through the summer, waiting on word from DL if they're going to take some flows this fall for attrition next year. Flows are (almost) guaranteed in 2013 due to retirements....as long as the economy doesn't take a ******* and oil doesn't skyrocket (knock on wood)
