true, but if we dont agree to a contract, have the judge impose then when we do come out of BK section 6 negotiations begin immediately. And since the judge whack the AE CBA, they also whacked the no strike.
If only it worked that way. If you clear BK under the term sheet, you're basically negotiating like it's your first CBA. No strike and AMR can drag that out a half decade or more.
