If you cant see the very clear and logical argument against this raise, you're either a management mole or just not very intelligent. As for the company not being part of the meeting today, its set up that way. The company was scheduled to be there the 20th through the 22nd. Today was always scheduled to just be the union and mediator. No details of this weeks negotiations have been released yet.
