Any newhires off the street after May 2010 will be considered "Constructive notice" pilots and added to the end of the list AFTER ALL pilots on both lists when the merger was announced. This is part of the Protocol agreement between UAL and the CAL pilots and the Protocol agreement is an addendum to the T&PA. Section 2C of the Protocol agreement mentions constructive notice.
