No need to restrain emotion. If you have ever been in a court of law and watched a successful trial lawyer (not on TV), you will realize that passion most certainly plays a part.

That said, legally, your argument is CLUELESS, which is why I stated that to begin with. As I stated above, take a look at arbitration history, TPA and ALPA merger policy.
