Themselves - apparently they couldn't even find a lawyer to take their case. Interesting.
Also, after reading the entire complaint, their only beef is with their own elected reps on their MEC who, against the advice of counsel (that would be the ALPA attorneys advising them), failed to make certain info available.
Two things.
1. Maybe any self respecting lawyer out there see's the payoff as too small after the TWA award comes out?
Maybe they know there won't be another $348M to spare after TWA?
2. I always thought there would be a lawsuit but I thought it'd be aimed at SWA over McCaskill-Bond and the proverbial gun to their heads? Instead, it's at ALPA for not allowing a vote on the first deal and some misdeeds thereafter.
