Saying that labor, fuel, overhead is too high is a bull&$)! argument when you control the cost of your product.
Yes, management got you into this mess, but it'll be your union that sells you for 30 pieces of silver. This is going to be the most epic screw over-ing of all time. ALPA is nothing more than human resources for the airlines at this point.
