Internal recommendation is a plus, also, PIC on Type, or PIC Turbine in general.
Spirit, I think, is changing the rate from 12 to 6 NH for the next few months. This will back up the list somewhat, the reason is that the next 2 AC's will show up after the summer.
Keep updating your CV (i know) and try all avenues.
