If only that passenger would have boarded a UA flight, he could have heard Jeff say "if I coud say two things...it's about dignity and respect" I've been flying for the last week and every flight we've had irate premium international passengers. To the person, they've all been angry as hell over ticketing problems.

I don't see this train wreck turning around until Jeff finds a way to deliver on the "dignity and respect", rather than just say the words.
