The new hire interview is (at least in large part) conducted by Delta (psych, cognitive, sim) at Virginia Ave, ASA pilots have, for a while, enjoyed most favored nation status at DAL when hiring fires up. Now, with DAL conducting a chunk of the interview, there are not a whole lot of pieces to put in place.
