Anyone who is interviewing at RAH should read rahcontractnow before interviewing. Sophomoric reamspokse my bum, informing those who have stars in their eyes of the reality of what they are signing a two year training co tract (indentured serventhood) should be a priority. As for the contract, while I'm certainly not happy with the time it has taken, I do understand that almost 2 years of that time was taken away from negotiating a contract and out towards BB's airline shopping spree and all the fall out that followed.
