People have to remember that this is still a regional business, regardless of the aircraft being flown. Yes, i think the regionals are encroaching on flying that should be done by major carriers, but that's a whole other topic. Many still just want to get in and get out. For the ones that bash RAH, where would you choose to go? The problem is you've been at RAH your whole career and you only know what other places are like based on what others tell you. Tell the OP to go to AE, 9E, G7, AX, YV, 3M, C5. I'll even throw in EV. I can guarantee you I can find the same number of pilots that b***h and complain just as much as the pilots at RAH. There's issues no matter where you go.

The point is, when you're starting out you take the first call and any call you get. It's all about options. If you live in LGA and you can get on with an airline based there than great. The upgrade times for the most part are about the same no matter where you go,with the exception of a few.

The OP is asking for interview information and I'm sure he/she is well aware of the situation at RAH and many other places. I just don't understand why it's so hard to stay on topic.
