Who cares how many hours anybody has? I have 4000 hrs in the rj, 5.5 yrs at AWAC. It's this simple: cpt says start 1, I start 1/cpt says start 2, I start 2. If I ever get questioned, easy answer "capt should know the books better than me, hence the 40% higher pay.
