Heck if I know, man. Don't shoot the messenger... I know you need at least 5 crews for every 1 plane, so who knows how this will work... Not a whole lot makes sense here. Perfect example- having 15 FO's take their check ride, then have them sit at home for 3 weeks waiting for IOE, forgetting everything they just learned... (still waiting)
