As informative and eye opening as the rahcontract website is, the truth of the matter is that for the majority of guys around 1000-1500 hours working at RAH would be a drastic improvement in QoL. This especially holds true to anyone that happens to live in a RAH base city.
CFIs, jumper dumpers, and some 135s have much poorer working conditions(and less pay) than RAH would afford.
I work at a middle of the road regional and as **** poor as it sounds I would way rather be doing this than teaching Germans how to enter the pattern at an uncontrolled field.
So when all you guys at RAH get mad at people for accepting a job there try to put yourself in their shoes. Besides, you accepted a job there too right?
