Come on What, if you're such a legal expert explain it. When I sue someone for slander and the judge says, "so Joe, Mike says you have intercourse with sheep. You say this is not true, correct?" Well then What can I not sue the judge for slander since he said it to? Quoting someone who slanders/libels in a totally different context is not slander/libel on the quoter's part.
