Because they need to be replaced if you have seen any of the 1900s.... they will keep some for eas and with the addition of more a/c, rest rules, ppl moving on I doubt 1/2 the pilots will be gone but you never know. No interest in being a FA that maybe your preference not mine and wrong again if you are assuming I pft wish I had money to blow like that.
