I know that no-oneowes me a job, and I understand that NKS is very attractive right now, but whats a guy got to do to get noticed by the powers that be?
These online aps dont do you many favors either. Any advice for someone who doesnt know anyone at Spirit, but would still love to come aboard?
Also upcoming furlough looms, is this a deal killer?

I worked there. Left for UAL. Got furloughed 8 months later. When NKS started hiring, I sat on the fence to "re-apply". I finally did. Got the link for the FULL application (October of 2011). A LOT of internal recommendations (Capts, Check Airman, First Officers, Flight Attendants), typed, PIC in type, (AT SPIRIT!), 7 years there, live 1 hour from ACY, etc.
I didn't get a call...
So who knows?
