yeah, I was meaning more if the reserve lines are commutable on at least one end of the schedule, sorry I wasn't clear on it. I have an interview coming up for a street captain spot, so if I do come aboard, I will be hitting reserve for quite sometime. I wouldn't say its commutable on the tail end of your work day if your on reserve, because a lot of times you might get extended. I dont really remember the times, but I think the earliest they can release you is around 18:00 (im probably wrong). Same for the front end, because you usually need to be phone ready by 6am on some days. However, once you hold a line, its plenty doable. Just pick a line that has the first day starting at a later hour, and last day starting at an earlier hour. If you get off your last trip at 2pm, I dont see why you cant hop on a flight same day. Flying into base the same day as the first trip is very risky in my opinion. We do have a commuter clause, but you only get 2 per 12 calendar months.
