Lighten up Francis. I would be floored if Mr Anderson announced any more purchases of 747s. Floored. But I would not at all be surprised to see more 777s.... someday. Personally I couldn't care less which we get because I don't care for the mission of either. (For all you that are junior to me, that means you have one less guy in your way) I acknowledge fully the capabilities of the 747. I also see that those capabilities are limited (and restricted... see the denial of rights to fly 747s to GRU) as far as DAL is concerned. The 777 is a much more flexible platform. And I really do hope we keep the whales until you can fly them as a captain.
