A buddy of mine received an email a few days ago saying his profile was selected for a "possible" interview. Does anyone know if this is a good thing, or is it possible that he'll never hear anything else from them.
I recieved this same email yesterday along with a study outline. Has anyone else recieved it, and/or know what the timeframe would be to possibly getting called? Has anyone gone through the initial phase process that could shed light on the process?

Last summer they called first, then sent the study outline.
Sounds like they are changing the process some, perhaps.
