I understand what happened at GoJet, that was years ago and likely the guys that are there didn't partake in how GoJet came about. At AMR we have the executive certificate and AMR uses that certificate against AA all the time. Not making excuses for the pilots who did what they did but management is the ones creating this, as pilots we shouldn't walk all over each others backs, and we shouldn't judge others for what other before them have done.

Totally agree with all of this, thats why GoJet pilots get left behind when I have the opportunity. As pilot's we shouldn't walk over eachothers back and thats exactly what past and present GoJet pilots are doing.
