With the exception of the last check of the year, can anyone else name one single time that payroll has been pushed EARLY like this? I can not think of a single time going back to 1997.
Wrong, Cinderella.

1. Paychecks will be issued on the 16th (the “first paycheck”) and the 1st (the “second paycheck”) of every month. Should a payday fall on a Saturday, the Company shall issue paychecks on the previous Friday. Should a payday fall on
a weekend or a bank holiday, the Company shall issue paychecks on the first working weekday prior to the bank holiday.

Example 1: A payday falls on Saturday the 16th. Paychecks shall be issued on Friday the 15th.

Example 2: A payday falls on Monday the 16th, a bank holiday. Paychecks shall be issued on Friday the 13th.

Example 3: A payday falls on Sunday the 16th, a bank holiday. Paychecks shall be issued on the Friday the 14th.
