Is who you know not what you know.. Everybody has there group of pilots they like to use..Like an aviation mafia, not kidding...You gonna have to find out who's managing airplanes, then drop your resume and hope for a call...

Let's see, i manage a falcon 2000 and I've a 6 day trip to Bahamas, who do i take as copilot, David here who's a very nice guy, strong pilot and needs work OR Amy, who's very low time, not the best pilot, she can't even land the airplane but she has a nice rack and she's hot!
