I don't think we even deserve 23 bucks an hour first year pay if we can't even write two paragraphs without horrendous spelling errors. Not bashing on whoever the above poster is. But if I was management and find my employees on forums not being able to spell basic words then I'm pretty sure I can manipulate, lie and con more out of him or her. I've never given ANYONE a hard time about spelling or grammar especially on a web forum... But come on...
