Yes because people in Alaska/the Pacific Northwest have ANYTHING in common with LA, THE NORTHEAST, or the the East Coast. This is a long term trend. It might not yet be effecting a company named ALASKA AIRLINES, but for the rest of the country it is the case. Also those 1900s in the middle of North Dakota are no example of anything.
QX does not fly the q400 in Alaska. However, they do fly them out of LAX and numerous other southern California cities. Not sure where you get your "facts" from.
