Sure there might be the chance that one of them sits in on an interview, they may even get to make a few comments to the other HR people/chief pilot present...."
Disagree. Doesn't need to be a 'disgruntled' TSA pilot, could be the spouse/relative/friend/etc of a TSA pilot that you're speaking to. Word gets around, be it good/bad/true/false. Fair or not, hiring boards are humans, too. Oh, and every airline interview I've attended has included both individuals from the HR department, as well as flight ops. As for the non-flying, management jobs, it's the same way; HR and typically people from the department you'll be working with. Not really sure where you got that whole "3rd party" idea from.

On that previous note, it's shocking how small this industry is. I just try and keep my mouth shut and try not to step on anyone.

I have no personal side in this fight, but if people need this much positive reinforcement to go fly at G7, then they really need to go fly somewhere else. Problem solved. Informed decisions about employment are not made from internet message boards.
