I'm not one to make stereo types but I will say, the one GoJet pilot(former) I know is a very strange duck. A nice guy, down to earth dude and easy to get along but man, what a weirdo.
It appears this a trend among most GoJet pilots that probably stems from the GoJet hiring process.
From what I've heard, a GoJet interview consists mainly of whether they like you or not, nothing else. You wont see much of a cognitive, sim or technical evaluation...
A GoJet interview compared to a Skywest interview is similar to a private pilot stage check compared to a CFI checkride.
