After this happens time and time again it wears on you. The honeymoon will end. It's just a matter of when.
This is the best description of our reserve here at PSA. I have been here just over a year and live in base so it makes life easy. As far as holding a line, I have been holding one pretty steady since November and was holding a few build ups last summer. But Im always at the bottom of the list and usually one of the last three to get a line. Dayton is getting senior on both the FO and CA side due to senior FOs not taking upgrade while CLT has a lot of takers. Dont really pay attention to the CLT or TYS lines because Im never going there unless I have to but I have been hearing very junior FOs are holding lines in CLT. I was lucky enough not to sit reserve here for very long but I can tell you that when i did it sucked. If I were a new hire I would go to TYS just to avoid our pathetic hot reserve and the duty time that comes with it. PSA has its good and its bad just like every company.
