The pilots will have little to say about out of seniority furloughs. It will be decided by the bankruptcy court. Our opinions don't really matter whichever way they fall. And as for precedent it's my understanding Eagle already furloughed out of seniority to remove the ATR's from service. I could be mistaken.
did you happen to listen to the lawyers representing us on the call tonight? They've been a part of several several bankruptcy proceedings and say that it has NEVER happened even though it has been proposed by several management groups. Seniority is sacrosanct.
This going to be bad internally though.
