This i disagree with. The quotas are doing their job and protecting the left seat jobs that the pncl pilots had at the time of the merger. It unfortunately doesn't protect their FO's but at least their captain jobs were protected.

As a CJC pilot I know this is going to severely impact my income, but I feel it's only right. Our career expectations went to liquidation. we will be lucky have a job.
