SKW 401k Matching:

2% (1-4 years)
4% (5-9 years)
6% (10+)

Operational Bonus: Up to $300 per quarter ($250 typical)

Financial Bonus: Your gross income for the quarter x SKW net margin % (I don't get this yet, but it can be $1-2K per quarter).

There is also a stock-option plan of some sort (personally, I don't do airline stocks ).
