No flame either. This is coming from someone who has SWA on the top of their list and wants all the "on the fence types" to go to said legacies so the guys who want SWA can get SWA.

I saw where SWA new fleet plan is to keep the airline at around 700 aircraft for the next 5 years. If I were interested in a job at SWA and advancement were key I would find out how many retirements they have upcoming. It looks like advancement wont come from growth.
