Well maybe they do have an "industry Leading fatigue Policy" but how they exercise that policy is just as important as having that policy.

Case in point, SWA publicly does very well as a supporter of the Guard and Reserves, and apparently has some good policies here, but my buddies complain about resistance they have faced trying to take military leave over the years.
