I get the logic in your numbers, but I'm only getting the "
why/how we can't capture that flying". But what I'm looking for is the outside-the box thinking that tells me
how we can ensure more (much more) of the flying is done by
pilots on our list. I'm open to a range of options that would not concede the low-end of the gauge. Do you also think in those terms, and how would you move small-gauge scope forward in a future contract?
