I am currently not a captain but definitely a commuter. I have yet to experience situation similar to yours. So far I have had great captains who did everything possible to accommodate to my commute. I had one Delta captain who took out his roller board, tagged it and threw in the cargo just so i can bring my roller board on board. Majority of the captains are nice but I have heard there are just a few who are arrogant. I hope the recent incident did not leave a bitter taste in your mouth. Additionally, I would like to thank you for going out of your way to accommodate commuters.
Whoa! You have a board with rollers!? Is that one of those skateboards with the big tires? Orrrr did you mean a roll-aboard...as in to roll aboard an aircraft?
