They were absolutely beautiful when they showed up on property. Of course, they quickly started having issues (minor stuff, but still) which, combined with CommutAir's astounding maintenance, translated into major scheduling headaches with only five planes.

It got so bad that United couldn't reliably schedule them onto routes, and apparently said 'no thanks' to C5 getting more of them.
