I do have a Speck brand case for it with a screen protector on it, and it works well especially if you're wearing jeans because the case is smooth hard plastic so it easily moves in and out of your pocket. I'll be looking for an Otter Box soon, as I've always preferred those cases.
The size takes a week or so to get used to, but I can now text with one hand. I like the phone very much. I'm on reserve, so I enjoy the stylus pen and memo function. I take screenshots of my schedule coming off X days and make notes of no short call assignments. It's a nice function to be able to write on the screenshot. I also enjoy being able to access flash files, and I think the GPS/map function is better then on the iPhone 4. I'm enjoying the Android based phone so far, and my first 2 smartphones were both iPhones.
