Seems to me that over the years, when an airline was doing poorly, they would "reinvent" themselves by paying out the gazoo to have their aircraft stripped and repainted in a more "modern" motif. The paint jobs never seemed to help, but while it must have made some in management feel better about themselves, it sure cost the company a lot. Hope that's not the case with new uniforms and/or hats for you all.
