WN did not pick the more adaptable IT system and just went with the same stuff without adequate planning or foresight since the WN way is always the right way.
They actually decided that neither system was adequate, hence the need for a completely new one.
But why should I try and inform you about any of this since it is painfully obvious that you are the all knowing authority on all things Southwest.
