And don't discount the effect of Go To Meeting dot com! Now, instead of flying into NYC for a meeting, people can -log on- from anywhere. Also, as previously stated, many of the 'high rollers' (previously known as our HVC's) are fed up with the TSA and are now flying Delta Elite, or on their own private jets.
At the very least we should cap Delta Air Elite to current number in the fleet and secure all jobs over and above where it is today just in case it really grows at the expense of Delta Air Lines.
