Flying the CAL side at colgan the rampers were very good with bags that I saw, in terms of not losing luggage.
United as well for the most part minus a trip I had a few weeks ago where 16 bags arrived late and they wouldnt put them on (last flight of the night, door was still open, and we were already past departure time) cause they wanted to get out on time. So I said we wernt leaving until they were put on, 20 min later bags reappear and off we go, complete with rear end clapping.
Same thing happened the next night only we didnt know about it until we landed and people were asking about bags (smh) idiots !
