Are you afraid of conversation? Yes LUAL pilots are new to LCAL, but they offer a wealth of experience and information. Would you recognize UAL, UAL+, UAL++(C2000), or view CAL+ as a gain?
Regarding, constructive criticism, I hope that's not how LCAL operates. Whether a half wing or a 400 Captain, everyone brings a different perspective. While discussion has never caused an accident, lack of discussion is another topic.
