I know the ERJ side is still hiring. Still getting a trickle of additional planes and increases in block hours with decreases in productivity (with the merger of L-CAL and L-UAL flying). Maybe the competition for jobs here is getting stiffer: there must be quite a few Comair/Eagle/Colgan guys with a quite a few hours accumulated ready to come over.
I also see that people are leaving the ERJ side at a much greater rate, how is it possible that only 3 CRJ captains have left so far this year? Are they not even trying to leave or just everyone is waiting for Delta to hire?
