Most,if not all who have been hired here didn't get the job by being idle and waiting for them to make the move. Apparently the stack of resumes is pretty huge, so if you don't stand out by being a pain and keeping your name in the front of their thoughts, you're resume will remain in the pile never to see the light of day.
I totally agree, I have called a few times saying I wanna follow up/touch base to see where I am at in the process, but I don't get a straight answer.
I don't get a "no, thanks" which I guess is good
, nor I get a "we wanna offer you the job" either
