UPS pays us by seat and year. No differences pay. 727 Capt makes same as a 747 capt at year 10, etc. Same for F/O's. We came to a "blended" pay model that determined at a particular time the 'average' sized aircraft was around a 767 size, therefore we shot along the lines of everyone paid the same as the market for 767 crews. Not perfect, but folks certainly don't bid aircraft strictly for pay, people tend to bid seats for QOL.
