My unit (C-17's Reserve) just sent a girl who has over 6,000 hours and was an RJ Captain at a Regional airline. She watered their eyes at UPT and won the Commander's Trophy (Top Student) She's also very humble and not cocky in the least which probably helped her more than her flying experience to a certain degree. I on the other hand am not humble, or lack confidence..so I had a huge target on my back throughout UPT....My advice to anyone going to UPT is to remain quiet, humble, and listen carefully.
